As a Business Process Analyst (m/f/d) in Munich you will work closely with our Business Management department to uncover potential for improving our processes and our business. - Identifying Bottlenecks: You identify and resolve process bottlenecks
- Process Management: You are responsible for the scoping, development, mapping and continuous improvement of business processes for Lead to Order and Order to Cash commercial funnel
- Standardization: You contribute to the standardization and structuring of our existing business processes
- Workshops: You design and conduct workshops to develop possible solutions
- Process Implementation: You design and implement process changes and improvements in collaboration with Project Managers (m/f/d)
- KPIs: You design, develop, and implement scalable process KPIs
- Efficiency: You ensure that our processes are designed to work efficiently across multiple systems
