Are you detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in working with technical documentation and product data? In our team, you will play a key role in managing and maintaining engineering documentation while optimizing our data landscape. You’ll collaborate closely with hardware engineering teams to review technical specifications, document processes, and keep data in systems like Arena PLM, SAP, and Salesforce up to date. If you also enjoy creating clear work instructions and ensuring data quality, then join our Document Control Team team in Munich!
- Documentation Review: You will review engineering documentation incl. Bills of Materials, change requests, & change orders to ensure accuracy and completeness of provided information, as well as compliance with document management & change management procedures
- Access Management: You will manage internal and external access requests to Hardware department’s documentation and tools (Arena PLM, Google Drive, Notion)
- Data Maintenance: You will create and maintain product master data across relevant systems (Arena, SAP, Salesforce, internal tools)
- Data Cleansing: You will identify cleansing opportunities for documentation & product data (clean ups, obsolete documents, inconsistencies across documents & systems, outdated knowledge pages)
- Procedure Documentation: You will create work instructions and document procedures related to document control, engineering change management, and product master data
