- Project Coordination: You coordinate projects for the development of smart fitness equipment working with cross-functional teams
- Collaboration: You collaborate with Hardware Engineering Teams, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to build roadmaps based on our product development processes
- Goal Setting: You can set short-term goals while keeping sight of a long-term strategy in a fast-paced environment
- Process Improvement: You continuously evaluate and improve product development processes, driving change and transformation through agile methodologies and classic project management tools
- Project Phase Planning: You oversee the development stages and ensure continuous monitoring of project phases
- Status Analysis: You assess and present with the team the current project status, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
