Are you a talented SAP Consultant (m/f/d) specialized in FI/CO area with a passion for ensuring smooth operations and optimal functionality? - Owning support: You take responsibility for the 1st and 2nd level support for the company’s ERP system (currently SAP Business ByDesign).
- Solving challenges: You independently resolve system malfunctions, maintenance tickets, and system change requests using the ticket board.
- Collaborating effectively: You work closely with team colleagues managing other IT tools (Salesforce, Azure, etc.) to address cross-system issues, deploy new features, or automate processes.
- Driving innovation: You discuss process improvement ideas with stakeholders and explore new ways of working.
- Mastering solutions: You demonstrate proficiency in problem-solving and troubleshooting.
