- Team Management: You lead the Salesforce Admin Team, ensuring optimal organization and fostering professional development of team members
- Task Allocation: You plan and assign tasks and projects within the team to maximize productivity and growth
- Quality Assurance: You review and monitor the team’s output to ensure timely delivery of high-quality results
- Process Improvement: You collaborate with Process Owners and the Salesforce Solution Architect to identify and implement system and process optimization opportunities
- System Availability: You ensure that Salesforce and all connected applications are consistently operational and meet business requirements
- Technical Support: You and your team provide technical assistance, resolve bugs, and handle user queries effectively
- Project Collaboration: You involve your team in application design, configuration, testing, and deployment phases as part of cross-functional projects
